I. Handle material classification introduction:

The material of the handle is roughly divided into: zinc alloy, aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel, 

various wood, silica gel, acrylic, crystal, ceramic, fur, resin and so on.


The classification of handles is generally: modern, antique, children's three series. Modern models are 

divided into: simple series, art series, post-modern series and so on. The antique models are divided 

into European series, American series, Chinese series, vintage series and so on. The children's series is 

divided into: metal cartoon series and silicone cartoon series.


At present, the main circulation in the market is zinc alloy, zinc alloy + ceramic, zinc alloy + silica gel, 

aluminum alloy, zinc alloy + aluminum alloy, zinc alloy + leather, zinc alloy + wood, zinc alloy crystal, 

with the demand of high-end market nearly two In the beginning of the year, the pure copper

II. The process of zinc alloy is: 600 degree high temperature casting (also known as die casting). The

production. Most of the enterprise die-casting equipment is 88-160 tons.


III. Surface treatment: The surface of the zinc alloy handle is mainly electroplated, and there are 25 

kinds of common plating on the market. The most commonly used are about 16 kinds, which are 

mainly divided into: chrome, brush nickel, pearl enamel, pearl chrome, green bronze. Red bronze, 

coffee ancient, silver paint, sub-black, imitation gold, brush line gold, Qing Gu brush line, red ancient 

brush line, bronze, brown ancient coffee, gun color and so on. Regarding the cost problem: the 

normal handle plating is a minimum of five layers of plating, and the thickness is 20 μm or more. 

However, some companies sacrifice quality without sacrificing quality. The coating has only three 

layers and the thickness is only about 10μm.


IV. The process of aluminum alloy is: extrusion (squeezing), the advantage: as long as the 

conditions allow the longest to be infinitely long, of course, due to the limitations of the workshop 

and anodizing pool, it is currently 6 meters. Disadvantages: Only linear products can not achieve the 

production of shaped products. Unless the forging process, the forging process molds and the cost 

are quite high, the handle industry rarely does so.


V. The surface treatment of aluminum alloy is mainly: oxidized sub-white, oxidized sub-black, 

bright silver, champagne, green iron gray, rose gold, electrophoretic paint, etc. are currently popular 

in the market. Other colors can also be customized.
